Process:

1.Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

 

2.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

3 Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging. Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.

4.Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

5.To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition it was received.
